We had a lovely room with a good TV and an easy-to-use shower. Soft bed made for a comfy night. The place felt homey and welcoming, especially with the chocolate bars waiting for us in the room. Clean and spacious too!

A lovely spot for a short stay while attending a wedding nearby. The hosts made us feel very welcomed and the room was clean and comfortable, which made for a restful night. Breakfast was excellent, providing just what we needed to start the day. The only downside was the limited dining hours, as the kitchen closed early, but overall, it was an enjoyable experience.

Genuinely friendly service from the staff made our dining experience enjoyable.
The kitchen closing at 8:30 PM left us without a hot meal option on Saturday night.

The location offers a quiet stay away from the hustle and bustle, sequestered in a separate building from the pub. Room 7, while marked as accessible, is also removed from road noise, giving you peace that’s priceless these days.
The accessible room leaves much to be desired, particularly with a shower that may not accommodate taller guests and a sink too low for comfort. My stay veered into the uncomfortable with outdated bedding and cleaning issues—previous guests' belongings still in the drawers were a bit unsettling. The overhead lighting in the corridors was timed, making nighttime traversals a shade dark for my liking, and although breakfast had its high points, it required specific requests for freshness that shouldn't be necessary.

Perfect pit stop!
We had a quick stay for a fam BBQ. The place is super cute, and the surroundings are lovely. The food was pretty decent, especially enjoyed the home-cooked vibe at the bar area. Just wish we were made to feel more welcomed, as there was a private event going on. Still, it's nice and comfy overall!

Had a fantastic time with friends at this cozy spot! We enjoyed two local pubs with great enclosed beer gardens, perfect for relaxing with a drink and letting kids play. The breakfast was substantial and well-cooked, an excellent way to start our days.
One downside was that the drink prices were a bit steep, with a pint costing more than I expected, which felt a bit off for a casual outing.
